Make sure the drains carry the water away from the building base, or you may get flooding. For the roof, build a frame at an angle which allows rain to run off into drains. Sheet metal, aluminum, or wood make good roofing materials. Don't forget to plan for ventilation with weather proof vents that are covered with wire against predators.
